Granites and marbles
Granite is a type of intrusive, igneous rock with massive, coarse-grained and crystallised structure. The process of granite formation is related to solidification of volcanic lava in the depth of Earthās crust.
Granite features exceptional hardness and strength of its structure. Besides, granites are highly resistant to external weather conditions, low temperatures, frost and acids. Having in mind its good qualities in terms of resistance to (bad) weather conditions, granite is a very acceptable building material and therefore often used in construction. Granite is easily polished, ground and processed. It can be burned, processed by means of nozzles and cut.
In interior decoration, granites are used to cover the staircases, for wall panelling, as table tops, sanitary products or kitchen worktops.
We consider it a great privilege to have been invited to INOVA 2011 exhibition of inventions where we presented the most innovative materials "Overlay King of Stone" and "Cement-flex-Stone-King of Stone".
Among 450 exhibitors from Croatia and abroad, we were awarded a gold medal in the field of civil engineering for 2011, by an international jury.
